Terms governing the use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Corr Brothers Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Corr Brothers Ltd provides tachograph services, commercial vehicle servicing, repairs, and related automotive services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any specific terms agreed in writing.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing may vary if additional work is required, which will be communicated before proceeding
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in parts costs or labour rates
3. Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments should be made in advance where possible
- Please provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking
- We reserve the right to refuse service where work cannot be safely or legally completed
- Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours notice
4. Vehicle Collection
- Vehicles must be collected within 3 working days of notification that work is complete
- Storage charges may apply for vehicles not collected within this period
- We accept no liability for vehicles left on premises outside of working hours
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless credit terms have been agreed
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers
- Vehicles may be retained until full payment is received
- Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at the statutory rate
6. Warranties
- Parts supplied carry the manufacturer's warranty
- Labour warranties vary by service type and will be advised at point of service
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party work
7. Tachograph Services
- All tachograph work is carried out in accordance with DVA regulations
- Calibration certificates are provided for all calibration work
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure vehicles are presented for calibration before the due date
- We maintain records of tachograph work as required by law
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control
- Customers must ensure adequate insurance cover for their vehicles
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and any known faults
- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy when presented for service (unless being repaired for this purpose)
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables before leaving vehicles
- Maintain appropriate insurance cover
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
